A little cheese with that wine?

I'm really digging this cheese lately - Parrano (gouda mixed with parmesan).

I indulged in it this past weekend with a robust Rhone, Valréas “Cuvée Prestige” Côtes du Rhône Villages - only $5.99 a bottle at Trader Joe's. If you don't appreciate a nice glass of red with some tasty morsels of cheese, then my friend, there is something wrong with you.
